"I had a great day yesterday. I ran a 3:14:50!!!!! 9:13 off my last PR! Last 4 miles sucked but that is how it should be. I placed 20th out of 1373 women…..top 1.5%!"
Her performance placed her 4th in her age group. She ran through 13 miles in 1:37:32 and held that 7:26 per mile pace till the end! Impressive!
Also Mike Poelmann rocked his marathon in a great time of 3:38:39 placing him 31st out of 181 in his age group! Mike is also near the end of his age group at 54. He placed 482 out of 3223 in the mens overall division.
In the half marathon, another personal best was set by Sean Messing posting a fast 1:28::56, holding 6:47 per mile pace! He placed 20th in his age group out of 856 men!
Sean wife Debbie and daughter Jenay also ran the half marathon!
Also, huge congrats to Nicole Sagan for a massive personal best in her half marathon time on Sunday in Arizona. She was over 23 minutes faster than last year!! Fantastic performance Nicole!
